I have seen this deck played and built my own version. It is actually quite effective. I just would not take Imperial Palace with anything but a mill deck and Outnumber would be better than Flank here, especially since your defenses are decent. I also don't know that you really need Logistics. As it is, Talzin has a 1 in 5 chance to fail.
